RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Policy In accordance to the Italian Dlgs 185/1999 (Implementation of the directive 97/7/CE relative to the consumer protection in contracts at long distance), the client has a right to withdraw from the contract concluded on line without any penalties and without specifying reason, with the following conditions: The right for refund is exercised by shipping, within the established terms of 10 working days from the date of receiving the merchandise, by sending communication adverting us of your intension to recede to the following address

The communication must include the product code of the item you intend to return, and indication of how you want the refund to be reimbursed (wire transfer, credit card, ecc.), and eventual bank coordinates.
The purchased items must be returned at your cost to the address above.
As soon as we receive your product we will process the credit to your account as established via communication.
Returns of defective or damaged products In case you received a defective or damaged pair of glasses, Ottica Bongi will replace the identical pair. The shipping cost will be of no charge to you.
If you specify the preference not to substitute the defective or damaged glasses, Ottica Bongi will credit the cost of the purchase including shipping.
Your account will be credited as soon as possible and always within 30 days from when we receive the preference request.
